1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the Hanziro application ("the App") published by Hanziro, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

2. Account

• You can start learning immediately without registering. The App automatically creates an account linked to the installation on your device.
• To restore your progress when reinstalling the App or switching devices, you must save your recovery code yourself or link an email. If you lose both, we cannot recover your account for you.
• You are responsible for keeping your recovery code confidential. Anyone with the code can access the account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with, scan, attack, or overload the App's servers.
• Use automated tools to cheat on points, study streaks, or rewards.
• Copy or bulk-extract lesson content for redistribution.

We may suspend accounts that violate the above terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Lesson content, images, audio, and the interface in the App are owned by Hanziro or used under license. Certain data (such as Chinese character stroke data) is used under its respective open-source license. Do not copy or redistribute in any form without prior written permission.

5. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App's features. If paid features are introduced in the future, specific terms will be clearly disclosed before you make a payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." While we strive to ensure accurate content, we do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App.
